Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Maintenance Electrician, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance electrical experience in a manufacturing setting.
2. A journeyman or master electrician license in the state of Wisconsin.
3. Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical problems in a manufacturing setting.
4. Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and regulations.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
