Job description: As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and/or Warehouse/Yard Management.
• Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to establish, manage and meet deadlines
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Job Description:

As the Storage, Transport, and Loadout Coordinator, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to design to manage and improve the internal storage and external delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1) Responsible for planning internal logistics (WIP and Finished products) and external delivery to site.
2) Review internal product tracking documents to determine the scope for upcoming site moves and loadouts.
3) Communicate with Line Managers about specific units that are ready to move from Manufacturing to outside storage locations at the Campus.
4) Create detailed action plans for each move:
a) Straddle Carrier logistics
b) Crane locations and truck logistics
c) Module storage location
d) Module loadout schedule
5) Organize recurring meetings with key stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Program Management) to finalize plans.
6) Coordinate all activities with the Storage, Transport, and Loadout (STL) Team and oversee the execution of planned activities.
7) Manage all required safety documentation for STL activities.
8) Maintain outside storage map and communicate updates to process partners on a recurring basis.
9) Organize and book required trucks/trailers for delivery of product to site through existing freight channels.
a) Explore additional freight partnerships in coordination with the Supply Chain Team.
