This is an great opportunity to take over a large client base as 1-3 attorneys will be retiring soon! You will be taking over very large clients.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of health care related litigation or more broadly - general civil defense litigation experience.
- Strong case management skills
- Experience coordinating matters in Illinois State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial.
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to manage case-load efficiently
- Previous federal and state court experience preferred
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
