Job Details:
Our fast-paced and highly reputable law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys on complex and high-profile cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, be detail-oriented, and have excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a critical role in our legal proceedings. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of all court documents and have knowledge of electronic court filings procedures.
2. Conducting legal research and factual investigation.
3. Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and filing them with the court.
4. Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
5. Coordinating and managing routine case management activities.
6. Assisting in trial preparation by compiling, preparing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by attorneys.
7. Managing discovery, including taking part in e-discovery processes, and document collection and review.
8. Assisting in the preparation of depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
9. Providing legal consulting and strategic advice to the team.
10. Liaising with clients, witnesses, experts, third parties, and opposing counsel to facilitate legal processes.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
2. 1-3 years of personal injury law experience.
3. A paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited program.
4. Proficiency in legal research tools and e-discovery platforms.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong knowledge of legal document preparation and case management.
7. Experience in drafting pleadings and preparing for trials.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. High level of discretion and confidentiality for clients and firm matters.
