The firm is seeking a highly motivated litigation paralegal for the Portland, Oregon office. This full-time position requires a minimum of 6 years’ experience working as a litigation paralegal and performing case and fact manager functions primarily in the casualty practice area. Responsibilities include document review and organization, assessing evidence, document database management, witness interviews, and investigation. Must have experience analyzing and summarizing medical records, preparing subpoenas, and discovery requests and responses, conducting background and fact investigations, and assisting attorneys in both state and federal court trials (Oregon and Washington). The ideal candidate will have experience with Litigation Support programs such as Relativity, Westlaw, Case Notebook, Eclipse, Sanction, Trial Pad, and CourtTrax.
