Job Details:
Our firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on insurance defense litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for litigation and strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a high-volume caseload, prioritizing based on client and court requirements.
2. Conduct thorough depositions, ensuring all relevant information is obtained.
3. Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve successful resolution in insurance defense cases.
4. Draft, review, and argue motions.
5. Coordinate with support staff and other attorneys to ensure seamless representation and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
6. Actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, contributing insights and expertise.
7. Stay updated with current legislation and legal processes, applying this knowledge to client cases.
8. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, when appropriate, ensuring the most favorable outcomes.
9. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a specific focus on insurance defense or product liability litigation.
4. Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently.
5. Experience conducting depositions.
6. Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to achieving team goals.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
9. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
10. High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
