As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Managing all aspects of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
3. Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
4. Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
6. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management.
7. Participating in client meetings and providing regular case updates.
8. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
9. Maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Litigation Attorney position, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney.
4. Proven experience as a Civil Litigation Attorney or Associate Litigation Attorney.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. The ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
9. A high level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
10. A commitment to providing exceptional client service.
