We are on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, and highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an unparalleled opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes legal environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in litigation, insurance defense, and deposition. You will be expected to handle a wide range of responsibilities, from drafting legal documents to representing clients in court. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appeal stages.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, and agreements.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to determine their impact on client cases.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to litigation.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring that they understand their rights, responsibilities, and legal options.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney or litigation associate.
• Demonstrated experience in insurance defense, deposition, and trial.
• Strong drafting skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with varying levels of complexity.
• Proficient in legal research and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• High level of professional ethics and integrity.
