Litigation Attorney

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Estate and Trust Attorney to join our firm. As an Estate and Trust Attorney, you will provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on matters related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Your role will involve drafting legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing guidance on complex estate and trust matters.

The Litigation Group is the firm’s largest, and candidates should be willing to handle a broad range of general liability defense matters (e.g., construction, product liability, premises liability, personal injury, etc.). The successful candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience. Insurance Defense and/or Professional Liability experience is preferred, though not required.
