Based in Philadelphia, PA we represent insurance carriers, insured and self-insured clients across the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a passion for law, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to make a significant impact in the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in auto defense litigation and a proven track record of managing cases from inception to trial.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Handling a large caseload of auto defense litigation matters from inception through trial.
2. Conducting extensive legal research to support case preparation and court proceedings.
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments in their defense.
5. Collaborating with legal staff and clients to gather information, provide legal advice, and develop litigation strategies.
6. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve matters efficiently.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws, court decisions, and industry trends to provide the most effective legal representation.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Litigation Attorney position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in auto defense litigation.
4. Proven experience managing cases from inception to trial.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong litigation skills, with experience presenting cases before a jury.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients and negotiate settlements.
8. Ability to work independently, manage a large caseload, and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
