Litigation Attorney - Complex Plaintiff's Litigation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Class Action Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing plaintiffs in complex litigation cases. You will be working on high-stakes cases that require a deep understanding of legal strategy and the ability to navigate complex legal issues.

Responsibilities:

• Represent plaintiffs in state and federal courts.
• Draft and file legal briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the litigation strategy.
• Participate in all aspects of the discovery process, including document review and production.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals and develop a litigation strategy that meets those objectives.
• Manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Attend court hearings and argue motions as necessary.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas
• 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably on the plaintiffs' side.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience drafting and filing legal briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures.
