Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, where you will handle complex litigation matters and provide exceptional legal services to our clients. Our ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with a strong background in commercial litigation. The position requires excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Associate, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Managing all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and trial.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation-related documents.
3. Representing clients in court and before government agencies.
4. Conducting legal research and analysis to develop legal strategies for cases.
5. Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.
6. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
7. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to achieve the best results for clients.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal trends, and court decisions that may affect clients or the practice of law.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and in good standing with the state bar.
3. 3-6 years of experience in litigation, with a specific focus on employment law.
4. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing litigation from inception to resolution.
6. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
9. High level of professionalism and excellent client service skills.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
