This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of litigation matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Handle all stages of litigation including discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and trial.
Legal Research and Writing: Conduct thorough legal research and draft a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed of case progress and provide legal counsel.
Court Appearances: Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Collaborative Work: Work closely with partners and other associates to develop legal strategies and contribute to team efforts.
Professional Development: Stay informed of current legal developments and participate in continuing legal education programs.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Admitted to and in good standing with the California State Bar.
2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in one or more specific areas of litigation such as business litigation, employment law, personal injury, or intellectual property.
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
