If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of Bankruptcy Court Proceedings, Preparing and Filing Bankruptcy Petitions, Negotiating with Creditors, and Advising Clients on Bankruptcy-related Issues.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Litigation Associate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Representing clients effectively in bankruptcy court proceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
2. Preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions accurately and within stipulated timelines.
3. Negotiating with creditors on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements and agreements.
4. Advising clients on bankruptcy-related issues, providing clear, concise, and accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
5. Conducting comprehensive legal research to stay abreast of changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations.
6. Collaborating with the legal team to develop effective strategies for handling complex bankruptcy cases.
7. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times, upholding the firm's reputation and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on bankruptcy law.
3. Membership in good standing with the state bar.
4. Extensive knowledge of bankruptcy court proceedings, including the preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions.
5. Proven experience in negotiating with creditors and advising clients on bankruptcy-related issues.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a way that clients can understand.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
8. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. A high level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding the ethical standards of the legal profession.
