We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Oklahoma City. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop and implement case strategies
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
• Manage multiple cases and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the state bar association
• 3+ years of experience as an Associate Litigation Attorney
• Experience with insurance defense litigation preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
