Licensed Architect

Employee-owned architecture and interior design firm focused on responsive, context-sensitive, and community-oriented design. Project space includes PK-12 schools, higher education, faith-based organizations, municipal facilities, public safety, recreation, federal sites, and corporations. 7 offices across Texas, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all aspects of projects including contracts, administration, and technical execution to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery that meets project goals.
• Develops and maintains thorough understanding of contractual obligations.
• Actively manages client budgets, schedules, programs; project communications, documentation; office administration; and work assignments for internal teams and external consultants.
• Serves as primary daily client contact to complete projects on time, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
• Assists in firm marketing by responding to RFQs/RFPs, participating in interviews, and building client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, with municipal project experience as a plus
• Client-focused approach with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional architectural degree from an accredited program
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Architectural licensure required
