Job Details:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Permanent Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about architecture, design, and construction. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all project goals are met within the stipulated time frame and budget. You will be working closely with a team of engineers, designers, and construction professionals to create innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project objectives, specifications, and resource needs by understanding client requirements.
• Utilize Revit, Bluebeam, and Archicad to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to architectural plans.
• Use Specklink to prepare and present detailed specifications for architectural projects.
• Apply LEED principles and guidelines in architectural designs to promote sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• Architect License or soon to be licensed preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Architect using Revit, Bluebeam, Archicad, and Specklink.
• Experience within the commercial public sector
• LEED or WELL Certification is desired
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
