We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Lead Swiss Programming Engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This position is perfect for a motivated, seasoned professional who is passionate about leveraging their extensive knowledge and skills to drive our engineering processes to new heights. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, providing training, and ensuring the successful execution of Swiss programming projects. This role requires at least 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of Swiss programming engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

3. Extensive experience in leading and managing a team of engineers, with a strong focus on training and development.
