Are you a seasoned construction professional with a knack for leading teams, managing projects, and ensuring quality workmanship? We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented Lead Superintendent to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Podium Construction, Multifamily Construction, High End Residential Construction, and Multifamily/Podium. The candidate should also be proficient in using Project Software like Procure, Sure Track, and Primavera. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, with a team that values growth, innovation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

As the Lead Superintendent, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
3. Reviewing work progress on a daily basis and making necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track.
4. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
5. Managing and mitigating project risks, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other applicable requirements.
6. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
7. Implementing comprehensive project plans and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
8. Utilizing project management tools such as Procure, Sure Track, and Primavera to track project progress and report on project status.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you should possess the following:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in Podium Construction, Multifamily Construction, High End Residential Construction, and Multifamily/Podium.
3. Proficiency in project management software such as Procure, Sure Track, and Primavera.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
5. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principles.
6. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
7. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
8. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
9. Knowledge of building codes, safety laws and regulations.
