We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join our team in the Commercial division. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our construction projects, ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

As a Lead Superintendent, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and foundation work to final inspections and project
closeout.
2. Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of construction professionals, ensuring that they have the training and resources necessary
to perform their jobs effectively.
3. Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
4. Ensuring that all construction activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
5. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
6. Managing project schedules and budgets, making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
7. Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the
outcome.
8. Promoting a culture of safety on the job site, ensuring that all workers are following proper safety protocols and procedures.
9. Providing regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Superintendent, with a focus on commercial construction.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing construction teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety protocols.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with team members, clients, and
other stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during the construction process.
7. Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant technology.
