Responsibilities:

As a Lead Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, coding, and debugging software according to the requirements of the project.
2. Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
3. Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
4. Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
5. Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
6. Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
7. Keeping informed of advancements in the field of software engineering.
8. Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders, and working with remote teams.
9. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
10. Participating in continuous learning and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a software development role.
3. Proficiency in front-end technologies (React), back-end technologies (Node), and database technologies (SQL).
4. Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Web API.
5. Experience with cloud services, specifically AWS.
6. A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for complex troubleshooting.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
