Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
2. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET, Azure, Git, Razor, Blazor, API, WebAPI, Entity Framework.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional software solutions.
5. Implement and manage software development best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns.
6. Perform code reviews, ensuring high standards of code quality and functionality.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
8. Participate in Agile/Scrum development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them into operations and activities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on application development using C#, .NET Core, .NET, Azure, Git, Razor, Blazor, API, WebAPI, Entity Framework.
3. Solid understanding and experience in implementing SOLID principles and design patterns.
4. Proficiency in Vue and TypeScript.
5. Excellent leadership skills with experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
6. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical mind.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging work environment.
10. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high standards of delivery.
