Lead Security Technician

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the security industry and possess a Lenel Certified Expert, RS2, Avigilon, Identicard, CCTV, alarm, security, or access control certification. Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Troubleshoot and repair security systems to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure system integrity
• Perform system upgrades and software updates as needed
• Provide technical support to customers and end-users
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful project completion
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE Lenel Certified Expert, RS2, Avigilon, Identicard, MagLOCK, or Stripes
• 3+ years of experience in the security industry (not residential)
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of security system installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving record and must be able to pass random drug tests
