Long story short - we are a national law firm headquartered in Florida with several offices throughout Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and California. We are looking for a Lead Defense Litigation Attorney for our growing office in LA California!

Competitive base salary of $140,000 – 175,000 depending on depth and years of experience
Quarterly bonuses based on billable hours (plenty of work to meet billables)

REQUIRED

• California bar license in good standing.
• Previous defense litigation experience
• 5+ years of personal injury | bodily injury litigation experience
• Strong client communication skills
• Strong ability to work well with a small office team.
• MUST be able to manage a case from inception to resolution, this includes drafting answers, motions, written discovery, taking and defending depositions, leading mediations, and preparing for and assisting with trial, if necessary.
