Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Engineer to join our dynamic retail/e-commerce company. As a Lead Java Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical Java-based applications that power our online and in-store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement scalable, high-performance Java applications using best practices and design patterns
Develop and maintain complex RESTful APIs to support our e-commerce platform and integrate with third-party systems
Leverage asynchronous programming techniques, such as event-driven architectures and message queues, to build reliable and responsive systems
Utilize the Camel framework to seamlessly integrate various components and services within our application ecosystem
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure code quality and best practices
