Responsibilities:
As the Lead Fire Alarm Installer (Foreman), your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and supervising a team of fire alarm technicians in the installation, programming, and testing of fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
2. Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure the effective integration of fire alarm systems into the overall construction plan.
3. Conducting regular inspections and maintenance checks of installed fire alarm systems to ensure their optimal functionality.
4. Training and mentoring junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
5. Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols at all times, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
6. Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during the installation process.
7. Keeping accurate records of all installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
