Join our dynamic team as a Lead Engineer. We are a leading force in the construction industry, known for our innovative designs and top-notch engineering. As a Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and overseeing the construction of cranes and other heavy machinery. This is a dynamic role that offers a unique blend of hands-on fieldwork and high-level design work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small-scale residential projects to large-scale commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Utilize AutoCAD to design, develop, and implement crane and heavy machinery solutions for various construction projects.
2. Apply mechanical engineering principles to ensure the structural integrity and operational efficiency of crane designs.
3. Supervise and oversee the construction process, ensuring that all designs are executed to the highest standard.
4. Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
5. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process, using your engineering knowledge to devise effective solutions.
6. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project goals are met.
7. Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of construction engineering, implementing new technologies and techniques as appropriate.
8. Assist in the training and development of junior engineering staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
4. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and their application in the construction industry.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting complex engineering issues.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
7. A strong commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
8. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. A valid engineering license is preferred but not necessary.
