We are looking for a driven and experienced Permanent Lead Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and management of civil engineering projects. The role demands a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, coupled with a strong focus on water treatment and stormwater systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must, as is the ability to lead a team, meet deadlines, and ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of engineers and technicians in the design, planning, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
• Utilize your expertise in water treatment and stormwater systems to develop effective and sustainable solutions.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed, accurate, and high-quality engineering designs and plans.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure projects are carried out in accordance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Continually review and update engineering processes and methodologies for continual improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, with a focus on water treatment and stormwater systems.
• P.E. (Professional Engineer) certification is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage a team and oversee complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex engineering concepts clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering and construction.
