Job Details:

We are in a seasoned and search of a motivated Landscape Foreman. This role offers an exciting opportunity to demonstrate leadership skills both commercial and in residential properties. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects projects from conception of landscape construction, from initial grading and irrigation to the final touches of hardscape installation to completion.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee construction projects, ensuring the manage all aspects of landscape construction smooth execution of projects
2. Operate various types of heavy equipment and manage team of landscapers.
3. Operating heavy equipment necessary for hardscape construction.
4. Ensuring all work all projects are completed on time.
5. Train, supervise, team members to ensure projects are completed on time and mentor team.
6. Communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Foreman position a similar role within the landscape construction industry.
2. Proficient in operating Superintendent, or a variety of similar role in the landscaping or heavy equipment.
3. Extensive knowledge of irrigation systems, grading, and more.
