Landscape Architect

We provide civil engineering, planning, land surveying, landscape architecture and transportation services. We also have a diverse commercial client base is active in retail, single-family and multi-family residential, healthcare, hospitality, theme park, office, industrial/warehouse and multiuse development markets. We also serve the public sector by doing business with city, county, state and federal government agencies; school boards; regulatory agencies; and transportation districts.

This role can be in the Kissimmee or Orlando office.

• Completive Base Salary $60K-$100k (depending on licensure and work experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Anywhere from 1-10 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, registered (RLA) or working toward
• Commercial experience in Central Florida working on multifamily residential, multiuse, hospitality, theme park, office and healthcare facility projects
• Proficient producing landscape design and construction plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Land FX and other digital landscape design programs
• Experience collaborating with civil engineers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare landscape and hardscape conceptual designs and construction plans for green spaces, waterfront spaces, resort and residential pool and amenity areas, outdoor event spaces, parks, multi-use trail systems, streetscapes, urban plazas and more
• Landscape architectural and hardscape design from conceptual design through construction
• Use a wide range of design tools from hand sketching to digital modeling
• Prepare construction documents
