Stable, growing, landscaping and arborist company seeking Landscape Analyst to gather, calculate and compile take off data for bid estimates in the Greater Houston Area.

Job Details

Position Summary:

Gather, calculate, and compile take off date for use in bid estimates
Visit sites to obtain any additional measurements or information to assist in completing bid document
Add and update project information in ERP software
Work interactively with Operations and Business Development to ensure all factors pertaining to sites have been accounted for
Create site maps detailing boundaries and task information
Effectively relay project-site data and info to Operations and Business Development teams
Maintain integrity respective to company policies and best practices
Provide high-class customer service and communicate effectively with clients to confirm scope of commercial landscaping and design-build projects

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction/Project Management, or related field OR a minimum of 2 years experience collecting data to accurately bid commercial landscaping projects
Valid Texas driver license
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram and scheduling formats
Intermediate understanding of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Intermediate understanding of how to use design software like Photoshop, SketchUp, and Adobe
Knowledge of commercial landscape tasks and equipment highly preferred
Knowledge of Texas plant life highly preferred
