This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a dynamic legal professional with a proven track record in land use development, a strategic mindset, and an established book of business exceeding $750,000.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy: Spearheaded the growth and strategic direction of the Land Use Practice Group, providing visionary leadership and innovative solutions.

Business Development: Leverage your substantial book of business (minimum $750,000) to enhance and expand our client base, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and cultivating new business opportunities.
Legal Expertise: Bring extensive expertise in land use development law, including zoning, permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory matters.

Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients, offering high-level legal counsel, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to manage and execute complex land use development projects efficiently.
Industry Involvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, contribute thought leadership, and actively participate in relevant professional organizations.

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school.
Admitted to and in good standing with the [State] Bar.
Minimum 10 years of substantial experience in land use development law.
Proven track record of business development with a book of business exceeding $750,000.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, management, and mentoring capabilities.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
