We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to handle a broad spectrum of labor and employment law matters.

Qualifications:

• Active membership in the CA State Bar
• Plaintiff Labor & Employment Law Experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an associate attorney, specializing in labor and employment law.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and California employment laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Proven experience in labor & employment law, class action, FEHA, and litigation.
