Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all labor and employment-related matters.
2. Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
4. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents.
5. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
6. Maintain knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends in labor and employment law to provide accurate advice and proactive risk management.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership in the Maryland Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, with a demonstrable track record of success.
4. In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
5. Proven experience in handling Title VII Matters.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in a variety of situations.
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
