Labor and Employment Associate

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Permanent Labor and Employment Associate to join our prestigious legal team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations, with a particular emphasis on class action defense and employment litigation. 1. Advising and counseling clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including hiring, termination, wage and hour issues, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
2. Representing clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including class action defense, before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels.
3. Drafting and reviewing employment policies, handbooks, and agreements to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor and employment laws.
4. Conducting thorough and effective legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice to clients.
5. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership in the California State Bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on class action defense and employment litigation.
4. Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
