Responsibilities:

Assist in complex litigation matters under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for hearings and trials.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve client objectives.
Maintain strong attention to detail, prioritize tasks effectively, and exercise sound judgment.
Qualifications:

Member of the Class of '21 or '22.
Prior law firm, government, or clerkship experience preferred.
Exposure to bankruptcy and/or creditors’ rights helpful but not required.
Strong academic credentials (must be in the top 30% of their class).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
