Our firm is seeking a dynamic, talented, and experienced Junior Architectural Designer to join our team, specializing in Luxury Residential Projects. This position offers the opportunity to engage in challenging and rewarding work within the engineering industry, with a focus on high-end residential architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating stunning architectural designs and solutions for our esteemed clientele. This is a full-time position with room for growth and advancement.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the luxury residential sector.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM, with a strong understanding of their application in architectural design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and skill in architectural design.
• Exceptional design and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding innovative solutions to architectural design challenges.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently when required.
• A passion for luxury residential architecture, with a desire to create stunning and functional living spaces for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team of experienced architects and designers to develop detailed designs for luxury residential projects.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs.
• Participate in all phases of the design process, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
• Present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final design.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, especially in the luxury residential sector, and incorporate them into your designs.
• Participate in site visits and meetings, ensuring the design is being executed as planned.
• Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all work is carried out within specified timelines and quality standards.
