We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent role where you will be providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for employees at all levels. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong aptitude for learning and problem-solving, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees at all levels, including new hire orientation, ongoing skills development, and specialized training sessions.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and system manuals.
4. Enhance cybersecurity awareness among employees through training sessions, workshops, and communication campaigns.
5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content for training materials and documentation.
6. Manage the organization's knowledge base, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
7. Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions.
8. Facilitate meetings and produce detailed recaps to ensure that key decisions and action items are documented and communicated effectively.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
2. Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
3. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
4. Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
5. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and the ability to enhance cybersecurity awareness among employees.
6. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts to develop content.
7. Experience in managing a knowledge base and ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct training needs assessments and facilitate meetings.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to document and communicate key decisions effectively.
