****DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS****
  • Experience managing Microsoft environment, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Server OS, Client OS and PowerShell scripting
  • Fluent in server virtualization (Nutanix AHV), VDI (Frame)
  • Strong knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols
  • Strong knowledge of SAN Storage and/or Hyper-Convergence Infrastructure (HCI)
  • Experience supporting business continuity processes such as backup and replication
  • Working knowledge of network design, equipment and protocols such as VLAN, ACL. Wi-Fi, VPN and VOIP
  • Experience using system monitoring tools
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (laaS) such as AWS and Azure and cloud as a service (SaaS) such as O365 and Exchange Online
  • Proficiency with patch management system, desktop imaging system
  • Administrative knowledge of MSSQL database and IIS server
  • Administrative knowledge of Print Management
  • Thorough knowledge of cyber security and its tools: firewall, antivirus, advanced email protection, and MFA.

  • Strong communication skills

Requires 100% on-site and infrequent work after hours for emergency circumstances

Qualifications: CCNA certification is ideal, alongside a solid background in network management, particularly with Cisco technologies. Experience in cybersecurity and managing IT operations within a virtualized environment is preferred.

Core Responsibilities: Oversee IT operations critical to property management, from handling access inquiries to sophisticated network management and cybersecurity. Lead the technological integration and system enhancements to support our growing property management portfolio.

Technology Proficiency: Experience with database management, and system integration is vital. Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Stack, and familiarity with compliance and licensing in a Microsoft environment is crucial.

Operational Leadership: Managing support tickets (25 per day), overseeing domain migration, and advancing our disaster recovery plans to support property management objectives.
