Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT engineering team, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and systems that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of new IT systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Manage the IT engineering budget, making sure resources are allocated effectively.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT engineering team.
• Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT engineering team, and mentor junior team members.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior IT engineering role, with a focus on systems administration.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
• Strong knowledge of systems administration, including operating systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to IT systems.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
