We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Director to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our IT department and implementing technology strategies that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a corporate IT strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and future growth plans.
2. Oversee and manage all IT operations, including network infrastructure, security systems, software development, and data center operations.
3. Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of IT services throughout the organization.
4. Manage the deployment, maintenance, and support of all current and future IT systems across the company.
5. Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to meet the company's strategic objectives.
6. Oversee the management of the company's ERP system, ensuring it supports the company's needs and is fully utilized.
7. Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
8. Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
9. Manage IT budgeting and forecasting, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the IT department's processes and services meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior IT role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with Windows 10, Microsoft suite, IT operations, and ERP systems.
4. Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, current network hardware protocols, and standards.
5. Experience in strategic planning and execution of IT initiatives.
6. Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and manage them to achieve strategic objectives.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and forward-thinking.
9. Experience in budgeting and financial management within the IT sector.
10. Professional IT certifications, such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), are highly desirable.
