IT Director - VC backed unicorn

We're a Series C startup, with 700 employees, 100% remote, and are looking for a hands-on IT Director to join our team. This role will aid us as we plan on doubling in size over the course of the next 2 years.

We're on track to go public and my team at Jobot has made placements at this company that substantiate that process.

Here are the main points I’ll be looking for on a resume:

Been part of a company that has grown aggressively.

Tech:
1. Must have enterprise Google Workspace experience.
2. Okta or any well-known – SSO management, is a must.
3. Any sort of MDM management/ deployment
4. At least 7 years in a SR. IT position.

Soft Skills:

1. Can-do attitude. They’re not going to ask it, but, can you onboard yourself? Are you a Do’er? This is for you.
2. Experience working with both a European office and 100% remote US population.
3. A sense of urgency, there is no “I’ll get back to you tomorrow” at this company.
4. An understanding that if it was easy, everyone would do it. :)
