Job Details:

We are seeking a highly-skilled and dedicated Permanent IT Developer to join our innovative team within the Manufacturing industry. This exciting role involves working on the front line of our IT operations, developing and implementing innovative software solutions to enhance our manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL, with a strong background in IT development within the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement software applications using C#, .NET, and SQL in line with business requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new applications.
3. Debug and resolve technical issues and ensure optimal performance of applications.
4. Conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep our systems current with changing technologies.
5. Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the IT team.
7. Participate in the full development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and production release.
8. Create and maintain software documentation.
9. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain current and competitive.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT development, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in C#, .NET, and SQL.
4. Proven experience in designing and developing software solutions.
5. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
