As an IT Business Application Analyst, you'll lead the charge in creating software that matches our organization's needs. You'll team up with other IT members to keep our systems running smoothly. Get ready to make tech magic happen!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to enhance processes and application capabilities through standardization and configuration changes.
• Work on complex business processes to integrate new systems with existing ones, aligning with long-term business strategies.
• Champion the review of application exceptions, analyzing data to identify root causes and oversee resolutions.
• Assist in identifying requirements and specifications, and contribute to training plans following established processes.
• Generate project documentation to support planning and delivery efforts.
• Design and document test plans for changes, conduct unit testing, and oversee end-user testing.
• Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal/external partners.
• Independently or as part of a team, provide solutions that add value to our business.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, administration, and configuration.
• Communicate effectively with business partners, IT team members, and management.
• Collaborate with users across all levels of the organization.
• Provide project management oversight as required.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years of analysis experience.
• 5 or more years of application support and configuration experience.
• 4 or more years of experience collaborating with end users to define business requirements.
• 4 or more years of ERP experience.
• D365 Finance and Operations ERP experience is a plus.
• 2 or more years of multi-project oversight.
• Manufacturing and Finance experience required.
• Experience working with applications and users remotely is a plus.
