Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving forward our strategic initiatives within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Oracle, and a background in Manufacturing. You will be responsible for the configuration, integration, and maintenance of our IT systems, ensuring the smooth running and security of our technological infrastructure. This full-time, permanent position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to directly impact our business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
• Configure, integrate, and maintain our Oracle ERP system, ensuring it aligns with our business needs and objectives.
• Work collaboratively with various departments, including Manufacturing, to understand their technology needs and implement solutions accordingly.
• Oversee our IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to our IT systems, providing technical support where necessary.
• Participate in the planning and execution of new projects, providing IT expertise and guidance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for our IT systems and processes, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in technology, incorporating this knowledge into our IT strategy.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably within the Construction industry.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems, including configuration and integration.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, understanding their technology needs and implementing solutions accordingly.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing IT projects.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements in technology.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, without compromising on quality.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for technology and a drive to constantly improve and innovate.
