Responsibilities:
Our team handles trade secret, patent, copyright, and other technology-centered commercial disputes for Silicon Valley’s largest companies and cutting-edge start-ups.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Attorney or in a similar role.
• Must be a member in good standing with a State Bar.
• Proven experience in IP litigation
• Experience in the Life Science Sector is highly desirable.
• Exceptional research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
