We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join our esteemed team. Responsibilities:

As an IP Litigation Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Representing clients in intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation.
2. Conducting and managing all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trials.
3. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
4. Providing legal advice to clients on intellectual property matters.
5. Collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies and prepare for trials.
6. Keeping abreast of current trends and legal developments in intellectual property law.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the IP Litigation Associate position will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
4. Proficient in conducting depositions and managing all aspects of litigation.
5. Strong legal research and drafting skills.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
11. Strong commitment to client service and ethical conduct.
