We are seeking a talented and dedicated IP Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our legal department, you will be working on high-stakes intellectual property disputes in a variety of industries. This role requires an attorney who is comfortable handling complex litigation matters, has a strong understanding of the chemical and mechanical engineering industries, and is well-versed in all aspects of intellectual property law.

Responsibilities:

As a IP Litigation Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Representing clients in all phases of intellectual property litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial, and appeals.
2. Drafting and negotiating intellectual property agreements and licenses.
3. Conducting legal research and writing legal memoranda on complex intellectual property issues.
4. Advising clients on intellectual property strategies and risk management.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best representation for our clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering.
5. Proven track record of success in intellectual property litigation.
6. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple cases and tasks simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail.
