Job Details

In this pivotal role, you will be the initial contact for investors seeking insights into securities lawsuits our firm is actively investigating. Your duties will include communicating with investors about ongoing case investigations, newly initiated cases, evaluating potential clients, and ensuring our client contact database remains meticulously organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries regarding securities litigation.
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue with investors about our current investigations, new lawsuits, and their experiences with implicated companies.
  • Evaluate the eligibility and fit of potential clients for our legal services.
  • Coordinate consultations between qualified investors and our legal team.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of client contacts and potential leads.
  • Keep abreast of developments in public markets and investment trends to converse knowledgeably with investors.
  • Work closely with legal staff to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
  • Embrace firm-provided training and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • A robust understanding of public markets and investment principles.
  • Ideally has 3+ years of experience in a similar business development, client intake, client relations and marketing position in a law firm environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for engaging conversations.
  • Detail-oriented, with exemplary organizational abilities.
  • Capable of both independent and team-oriented work.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM platforms.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • A proactive, eager learner committed to personal and professional development.
