We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Intermediate Litigation Attorney to join our award winning team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate Degree and experience in personal injury law and code of civil procedure. This is a full-time position that requires at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Intermediate Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for the following:

• Handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending hearings and depositions.
• Managing a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Conducting legal research and writing legal briefs and memoranda.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Developing and implementing case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate Degree, Juris Doctor degree, J.D.
• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law and code of civil procedure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
